Slow cooked with Moroccan spices and perfect for any time of day.
2 lbs. pork ribs
1/2 tsp salt
cracked black pepper
1 tbsp barbeque rub
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1- 16oz jar shakshuka sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
Start by patting ribs dry and seasoning it with salt and black pepper. Then rub them with the barbeque rub and transfer them to the slow-cooker.
Now, add in the shakshuka sauce, ginger and tomato paste. Cover and set the slow cooker to 8 hours on low. Turn the ribs about halfway through at the four-hour mark.
Serve with rice, cauliflower rice, roasted veggies, pasta.
To make this a full meal, add in potatoes, peppers, and mushrooms at the halfway point.
